Please note,

• registration is mandatory and obligatory for all participants
• for each paper, at least one presenter needs to participate
• the registration fee is 120,-€ for regular participants and 30,-€ for students
• please use the registration webpage to book your participation
• the optional pre-meeting on Sunday, June 14, 2026, needs to be booked during registration and is paid separately
• the optional post-meeting on Monday, June 15, 2026, after the workshop, also needs to be booked during registration and is paid separately

Please register early to help us plan the workshop and the social events.

Venue

The EOOLT workshop is hosted by Hochschule Bielefeld (HSBI).

The workshop venue is the conference area of the HSBI main building, Interaktion 1, 33619 Bielefeld.
The site can be reached by Stadtbahn line 4, direction Lohmannshof, exit at Wellensiek. It is also served by bus line 31, stop Hochschule (HSBI).

Social Program

There will be the possibility to attend an optional pre-meeting on Sunday, June 14, before the workshop, and an optional post-meeting on Monday, June 15, after the workshop.
Both events need to be booked during registration and will be charged separately.

On Sunday, June 14, we will meet at Brauhaus Joh. Albrecht, Hagenbruchstraße 8, 33602 Bielefeld.

On Monday, June 15, after the workshop, we will meet at The Bernstein, Niederwall 2, 33602 Bielefeld.

Hotel

In principle, any hotel in the city works fine, since Bielefeld city centre is very well connected to HSBI by Stadtbahn.
